Here are the artists of the “Colour” show at Hodgell Gallery in Sarasota, Florida, just before our opening reception.
Left to right: Alexander K. Smiley, Rachel Rader, Laura Donefer who curated the show, Kathy Poeppel, Paull Rodrigue, Richard Moiel, and myself. Behind us on the wall are two of my “Birth of Color” pieces, and in front of us is Rachel’s mermaid food.
As a result of the show, I have received a commission for an otherworldly tree in clear glass and silver to be installed on a wall in a client’s dreamy, silver-accented, white bedroom wall. Photos forthcoming.
