I’m working on a piece that depicts how we humans get caught in negative aspects of ourselves or of life.
Ever since I can remember I have battled depression, and this piece depicts, in botanical form, what that feels like.

Next Fall I will have a solo exhibition at Ferris State University in their Rankin Art Gallery.  The exhibition will run September 5 to October 13, 2012, and will include a selection of my Imaginary Botanicals.
